The parking voucher can be changed or cancelled no later than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival.
To change or cancel your reservation, enter the Change Code from your parking voucher and your mobile phone number.
You will immediately receive an SMS with a code to confirm the change. Enter the code from the SMS into the form and select whether you want to change or cancel your booking.
Change of arrival date
Please review and, if needed, edit your details, in particular the e-mail address to which we will send you your new parking voucher.
Parking time is fixed and carresponds to the original order. Cannot be changed. You will pay a surcharge for longer parking before leaving the car park. No need to make another reservation.
Cancellation
Cancellation of a parking voucher is governed by the General Terms and Conditions. We recommend making a change and using the parking voucher later. If you have decided to cancel, enter the Change Code from your parking voucher and your e-mail address to which we will send you a link to confirm the cancellation. The e-mail address shall be the same as the address the parking voucher was ordered from.
If you have purchased/received a parking voucher from our contractual partner, it is possible to cancel it only through the given partner.
